We also use the same components as Apple. It’s the same service; it’s just less expensive and faster.

The MacBook comes in a variety of models, each of which uses a distinct screen. We can repair any model of MacBook published since 2008. On every model, we’ll save you money.

The process:

  1. Select your model
  2. Checkout
  3. Enter your address and make payment
  4. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for pickup
  5. We will receive and examine your item
  6. We will confirm the issue with you on email or call
  7. We will fix the issue and Ship your item back
  8. You will receive the shipping details via email

iRedo offers a standard parts and labor warranty.

We offer glass replacement, screen w/ glass replacement and screen w/ housing (display assembly). We service all black and white original polycarbonate models, unibody aluminum models and unibody polycarbonate including:

We have a 30 days return policy provided the item is sent back in the same condition as dispatched. We will grant a full refund within 45 days of receiving the item.

How long will the delivery take?

Delivery time will depend on the product and delivery location. Check out the product page for expected delivery time.

Our standard shipping time is 48 hours within the UK mainland and expected delivery is within 3-4 working days.

What is the warranty on the products?

Our products come with 1 Year warranty (terms and conditions apply).

The warranty does not cover any accidental damage or software conflicts created by the user, i.e. virus/accidentally deleted system file. After 60 days, the warranty will cover only labor, not parts.

Can I get a custom made PC?

Can the order be canceled?

Although it is painful to see an order getting canceled we understand that customers may change their minds. Keeping our customers in the center we offer cancellation of orders. You can mail our customer support team and place a cancellation order.
