Are refurbished Apple products safe to buy?

Yes, whether you purchase a refurbished Macbook, iMac, IPad, iPhone – it is Safe!
We do a low-level format of all the devices and drives to comply with data protection.

We then install a fresh Operating System and upgrade the specifications. Our ‘Quality Control’ team tests the products before they get dispatched.

After this, the product goes to the packing team and is securely packed in premium plastic air packaging inside a tailor-made box.

What if I am facing an issue with my product?

We pride ourselves on providing the best quality to our customers. However, things can go wrong despite our best efforts.

guide you through the process.

What if I want to return the product?

We have a 30 days return policy provided the item is sent back in the same condition as dispatched. We will grant a full refund within 45 days of receiving the item.

How long will the delivery take?

Delivery time will depend on the product and delivery location. Check out the product page for expected delivery time.

Our standard shipping time is 48 hours within the UK mainland.

What is the warranty on the products?

Our products come with 1 Year warranty (terms and conditions apply).

The warranty does not cover any accidental damage or software conflicts created by the user, i.e. virus/accidentally deleted system file. After 60 days, the warranty will cover only labor, not parts.

Can I get a custom made PC?

Is it safe to make payments through the website?

Can the order be canceled?

Although it is painful to see an order getting canceled we understand that customers may change their minds. Keeping our customers in the center we offer cancellation of orders. You can mail our customer support team and place a cancellation order.

What locations do you deliver to?

We deliver from our warehouse in Leicester, UK. We have partnered with reliable delivery services to help us deliver your order. If you are within the UK mainland our standard delivery time is 48 hr. For information on specific deliveries outside the UK please look at the product page.

I have received a non-Apple mouse and charger.

Items like mouse, charger and keyboard usually have a lot of wear and tear, so, we replace them with ones from a different company.

This is done to ensure that our products maintain the highest quality and life.
